Do you offer a pickup option for local customers?

Yes! We are still working out some details, but we are planning on being able to offer pickup once or twice a month. We will keep you posted on that. 

Do you ship everywhere?

No, at this time we only ship inside the US

What are your shipping rates?

We are working on offering a flat rate shipping cost. And any purchase of $100 or more is always free shipping!

When does my order ship?

Since we are currently a one woman operation, we do our best to get your order shipped out within 3 business days. Holidays may affect that slightly.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, all sales are final. 

What if my items arrived damaged?

We take great pride in ensuring your products arrive in great condition. However, if your gift arrives damaged, please contact us at info@uniquelyyourshome.org within 48 hours of receipt, & we would be happy to work with you for resolution. Please take photos of the damage and have your proof of purchase. 

My purchase is a gift, do you gift wrap?

Yes! An additional fee is added if your purchase is intended as a gift. In the notes at checkout, you can request gift wrapping & a card to be added. The fee for gift wrapping is $5.
